TGIF

Just a friendly reminder to all club members, we are having our TGIF sessions every week! Do come down and have a small gathering this Friday. We are at SOB SR3.10 this week. 330pm - 6pm.

I know it's week 12 going 13, so ganbatte everyone! The summer holidays are coming!!! (Though it's summer whole year round..)

Results of the Speech Contest

Sorry for the late update.. 最近忙しですから..

Anyway, here's the result to last week's speech contest!

For the novice category, in no order of merit:

EI Ei Min Thu
ANG Xing Yi
Truong THI Ngoc Anh
YAP Mun Men
LEE Jiahui

They each recieved a $10 kinokuniya voucher! Congrats!

And for the advanced category(fierce competition here..):

First place: Queeny Sumitro - $50 kino voucher

Second place: Soh Lili - $30 kino voucher

Third place: Kelvin Tan - $20 kino voucher

Congrats to them too! Queeny will also be representing SMU in the upcoming Japanese Speech Contest organized by the Japanese Association. Good luck!!!

Upcoming event: Speech Contest!

If you have not seen the super cute mailer I made (lol.. ), here it is!

We made it quite easy for everyone who has learnt Japanese language before to be able to join in this contest! What are you waiting for? $10 kino vouchers to be given away for novice category, and up to $50 for the advance category.. mmm.. so far our 2nd exco have not signed up... Zhaowei! As the previous T&D director, you are obliged to join in the advance category.. muahahaha....
